Coordinator Companion is for those who schedule officials for athletic competition. This is a non-web based desktop tool. You define the sports you will manage, then define the leagues, officiating potisions, levels of play, and the fields or other facilities where the sport is contested. A separate facility of the program allows you to create a database of officials. You then define scheduled games, and finally with 2 clicks assign the official to a game.

Works for any sport where you can define the levels of play, the officiating positions, and the facilities for the sport. While assigning officials to games, you can obtain instant statistics on any official that works for you with a click of a button. Remove assignments just as easily. Change compensation while making assignments.

Once your schedule is fully assigned, generate an eMail message to the official confirming the assignment. Options allow you to include/exclude contact information, crew assignments, compensation, and even directions to a field.

Print functions allow you to print a future schedule without assignments, print the current schedule with assignments, print a summary of the league billing, print a summary of the compensation owed to officials, and at year-end print a Form 1099 summary for each official.
