To report a bug or program error, send an eMail to Support@OfficialLog.com using Bug Report as the Subject of the message. In general, all inquiries will be answered the day received. Shipping
Software is shipped in a protective case via US Postal Service. We use regular First Class mail for all shipments at all times.
